GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy - 14 days or less 3 nights room charge. No show policy - 50% refund / charge.

Reservations that are cancelled any time prior to 45 days of your arrival date are subject to a non refundable administration charge $50 per room plus tax.

Outside the high (Dec 01 - Mar 31)/ holiday season, reservations cancelled within 44 to 7 days of your arrival date are subject to an administration charge of one night's room plus tax.

Outside the high (Dec 01 - Mar 31)/ holiday season, cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date are subject to an administration charge of two night's room and tax.

During peak seasons (Dec 01 - Mar 31) (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, Spring Break, Easter and other peak travel Dates around a holiday) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date, all amounts paid will be retained as liquidated damages and no refund will be made to the amount charged.

Cancellation Penalty - 50% nights within 14 days

No Show Policy - 100% night penalty

Early Departure Policy - 50% night penalty
